…PetroGM LLC performed the work "Geomechanical research for a horizontal well" for the company ZHAIKMUNAI.

The aim of the project was to prevent geological complications and provide recommendations for trouble-free drilling.

Within the framework of the project, 1D-geomechanical modeling was carried out along the well trajectory, the wellbore stability was calculated, and the risks during drilling and tripping pipe were determined.

The results of the work allowed us to determine the safe angles of opening the layers of the geological section, to estimate the maximum allowable waste using the planned technological base, the optimal ranges of the parameters of the solution and drilling.The work was carried out in full compliance with the Technical Task at a high level.Separately, I would like to note the speed of the work.
