Job Description:
As part of the work, the results of experiments on standard, cubic and enlarged samples, full-size samples in various baric (from atmospheric to 125% reservoir) conditions were analyzed. Core studies have been carried out, including experiments to evaluate the kinetics of the reaction under thermobaric conditions, etching mechanisms; studies of porosity&permeability properties.
To understand the processes occurring at the hierarchical level of the inter-well space and the deposit, a geomechanical approach based on DFN modeling was used.
The composition of the acid solution has been developed.
Result:
- The existing programs of hydrochloric acid treatment of the well bore zone have been finalized:
- an effective acid composition with the use of inhibitors has been developed;
- optimal parameters for hydrochloric acid treatment were selected (composition and concentration of acid solution, surfactants and inhibitors, injection rate, type of well completion, etc.);
- recommendations were given for optimal injection of the solution into the reservoir reservoir, taking into account the stresses obtained from the geomechanical model.
- The experiments showed an increase in porosity by ~ 2 times and a change in permeability by 1-3 orders of magnitude, which will increase the planned flow rate of the well by 20-30 times.
