From April 4 to April 8, Career Days were held at NSU, the company's base university. This year, 76 companies took part in the Career Days on the part of employers, and there were more than 2000 students who attended the event. For students, this format allows them to get acquainted with a large number of companies interested in young specialists on one platform, learn about employment opportunities, required skills and knowledge, evaluate their capabilities and prospects. For us, as employers, this is an opportunity to communicate with students live, to understand their interests and requests. And of course, to plunge into the atmosphere of your native university.

Our company is actively developing, and we are ready to hire senior students and graduates with the necessary knowledge and a great desire to develop. This year we offered 2 types of vacancies: "Geomechanics Engineer" and "C# Developer". We saw a lot of interest from the guys in our offer and realized that we can safely compete for the best with large corporations and scientific institutes.
The event ended with an interactive quiz. And the smartest and quick-thinking ones went home with valuable prizes.

At the end of the Career Days, interviews will be conducted, and those who have passed the competition will join our friendly team. We have also decided to organize internships in the areas of "Oil and gas geomechanics" and "Programming and engineering software development" from next year, on which students will be able to gain specialized knowledge and consolidate them in practice.
